A leading hospitality recruitment firm is seeking a Head of Warehouse Operations Management & Supply Distribution in Dubai. This senior role involves overseeing operations, logistics, and warehouse management within a luxury hospitality events company. The ideal candidate should possess 10-15 years of experience in operations leadership, with strong people management skills. Compensation is AED 30,000 per month, with benefits including annual leave and a return ticket home.

Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations, logistics, and warehouse functions.
- Plan and execute delivery and staff deployment.
- Oversee warehouse standards and equipment readiness.
- Implement scheduling and labor planning.
- Drive operational reporting and continuous improvement.
