A leading global company in Dubai is seeking a Global Trade Operations Manager for the EEMEA region. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with trade regulations, optimizing import/export processes, and managing day-to-day operations across multiple countries. Candidates should have over 8 years of experience in trade compliance, fluency in English, and proficiency in project management. Ideal candidates will also possess knowledge of regional languages and possess an academic degree in international trade or customs affairs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of +8 years trade compliance or international logistics experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of customs procedures/authorizations/audits.
• Working knowledge of tax implications on imports/exports.
• Working knowledge on Import/Export Controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with global trade regulations across EEMEA.
• Manage import/export processes and operational execution.
• Provide training to regional teams on trade compliance policies.
• Liaise with government agencies for compliance support.
• Monitor changes in regional trade regulations.
