We are actively seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Tele Sales Executive / Tele caller to join our esteemed real estate brokerage team. The ideal candidate will possess a youthful vigor, exceptional communication skills, and a drive for success.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in generating new business opportunities through proactive outbound calling and engaging with potential buyers and sellers.

• Initiate contact with potential clients through outbound calls to identify prospective buyers and sellers within our targeted markets.
• Promptly respond to inbound inquiries, providing detailed information about our real estate services and available listings.
• Establish rapport with potential clients, comprehensively understanding their real estate requirements, and qualifying leads for further agent engagement.
• Maintain precise records of client interactions and lead details within our CRM system.
• Stay abreast of current real estate market trends, listings, and promotional activities.
• Consistently meet and exceed set targets for prospecting calls, lead generation, and appointment scheduling.

• Preferably, has at least 1 year experience in telemarketing sales in REAL ESTATE.
• Has OWN UAE Resident's Visa.
• FEMALE Candidate ONLY.
• Multilingual abilities are advantageous.
