A leading company in the technology sector seeks a Technical Presales Consultant in Dubai. The role involves enhancing sales through effective communication, mastering product knowledge, and conducting POC demonstrations. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant pre-sales experience, particularly in backup software products.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in pre-sales or consulting.
- Relevant industry experience in backup software products.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, including Windows, Linux, and Databases.
Responsibilities
- Enhance sales of assigned products through excellent communication.
- Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) demonstrations for customers.
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) for solutions.

- Be proactive with excellent communication skills to enhance sales of assigned products.
- Master product knowledge to design solutions and assist the sales team in selling designated products.
- Identify and convert customer/partner inquiries into appropriate technical solutions.
- Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) demonstrations to showcase solutions to customers and partners.
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Present product knowledge and conduct training sessions for partners.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in pre-sales or consulting.
- Relevant industry experience in pre-sales (technical) of backup software products.
- Knowledge of Arcserve, Backup Software products, StorageCraft, or similar technologies is an advantage.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, including Windows, Linux, and Databases.
