Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This is a remote, commission-based role that offers flexibility in your working hours. An existing client base is required to excel in this position. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in talent acquisition, fostering relationships with candidates and clients, and contributing to the growth of our organisation.

Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
2. Communicate effectively with candidates and clients.
3. Generate leads through various channels.
4. Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
5. Leverage your existing network and client base to identify and attract top talent.
6. Proactively source candidates through various methods, including social media, networking, referrals and job boards.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends to provide insights and advice to clients and candidates.

Experience:

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in recruitment.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive lead generation efforts.
• Proficiency in social media management for recruitment purposes.
• Experience working remotely with minimal supervision.
