The Opportunity

We are seeking ambitious self-driven and "closer" mentality Sales Advisors to join our high-energy team. You will have direct access to exclusive listings premium developer inventory and a dedicated marketing team to support your lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consultation & Sales: Act as a trusted advisor to clients guiding them through the entire sales lifecycle (from initial inquiry to handover).
  • Lead Management: Respond to leads provided by the company in a timely manner while proactively generating your own leads through networking referrals and cold calling.
  • Inventory Expertise: Master the Abu Dhabi property market specifically maintaining in-depth knowledge of key communities (Yas Island Al Raha Beach Saadiyat etc.) and off-plan projects.
  • Viewings & Negotiations: Conduct professional property viewings and facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve the best price and terms.
  • Market Analysis: Provide clients with real-time market trends ROI estimates and investment advice to build trust and close deals.
  • Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with developers investors landlords and other industry professionals.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 12 years of proven success in Real Estate Sales (UAE experience is highly preferred).
  • Skill Set: Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
  • Licensing: UAE Driving License and own car are mandatory.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required. Arabic Russian or other languages are a significant plus.
  • Mindset: Self-motivated disciplined and resilient. You must possess a strong desire to maximize your earnings through commission.
