A global well-being company based in Abu Dhabi is seeking a qualified Store Manager to lead store operations and drive sales. The role encompasses overseeing efficient operations, managing customer service, and coaching the store team. Candidates should possess 5-7 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role in retail operations. A bachelor's degree and fluency in English are essential, along with potential knowledge of Hindi or Arabic. This position offers a dynamic environment for those passionate about retail.

The role holder is responsible for managing and driving sales for the store through efficient store operations, visual merchandising, customer service delivery, motivation and retention of store personnel in adherence to GMG norms. The job holder is also responsible for managing and coaching the store team.
