The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies acquiring new business and nurturing client relationships to ensure continued success and growth
Job Description:
- Achieve assigned sales targets with a thorough competitors analysis strong product knowledge identification of target markets and demand analysis.
- Assist with client onboarding collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth adoption of our products.
- Provide feedback from clients to internal teams in a systematic way and assist internal teams to develop and deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and new clients ensuring full adoption of our solution.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
- 5 year of experience in B2B sales preferably in HR consultancy or related industries in UAE
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Valid UAE driving license is required.
