What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Commercial Consultant, you’ll advise clients across the commercial property spectrum — from office spaces and retail to industrial and mixed-use developments. You’ll work with investors, developers, business owners, and tenants to deliver smart, strategic real estate solutions. This role is commission-based — ideal for someone financially ready to take control of their future. It’s not a traditional 9‑to‑5, but for the right person, the rewards are well worth it.

What We’re Looking For:

• Professionals with drive, discipline, and a proactive mindset.


• Proven sales experience and strong interpersonal skills.


• Commercial experience is a plus, but transferable skills are highly valued.


• A valid UAE driving license (or ability to convert one easily).


• Fluency in English.


• Must be motivated, disciplined & driven.


• Ideal: 1 year of Real Estate experience (not necessarily commercial).


• At least 3 years of Sales experience.


• Strong spoken & written English.


• Comfortable working on a commission-only model.
