Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in business setup or corporate services.
• Strong understanding of UAE Freezone and Mainland company formation processes is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Chinese are a plus.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with potential clients to understand their needs.
• Explain the UAE company formation process to clients.
• Prepare and send professional proposals and follow up to close deals.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Stay informed on UAE business laws and current market trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners.
• Represent the company at relevant business events.
