Job summary
A leading entertainment company in Dubai is looking for a Supervisor - Retail to oversee store operations at Real Madrid World. The role requires a minimum of 5 years retail experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position, preferably in a theme park environment. Key responsibilities include enhancing store displays, improving service delivery, and leading a motivated team. - Partner with Visual merchandising team to enhance store visual display.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and processes.
- Ensure productivity and service delivery is improved continually.
- Know and follow Health and Safety procedures.
- Lead, motivate, and manage store team to achieve targets.
