About the Role:

Our Client is seeking a driven and commercially minded Sales Account Executive to join their remote sales team. This role focuses on managing inbound enquiries, developing client relationships, and closing high‑value lighting sales. With an average order value of approximately $6,000, this is a consultative sales role rather than a high‑volume transactional position.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage inbound sales enquiries and qualify prospective customers
  • Act as the first point of contact for new leads
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Present and sell premium lighting solutions in a consultative manner
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close and follow‑up
  • Maintain an accurate and well‑organised sales pipeline using the CRM
  • Follow a structured sales process and participate in ongoing sales training
  • Complete required administrative and reporting tasks
  • Represent the brand professionally with strong product knowledge

About You:

Experience & Skills:

  • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital collaboration tools
  • Commercially minded, results‑driven, and accountable for outcomes
  • Open to feedback, coaching, and continuous improvement

Performance Expectations:

  • Close a minimum of 10 quotes per month
  • Maintain a close rate of at least 35 percent
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets
