Qualifications

• 5 years retail experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisor position.
• Preferably has theme park retail operations experience.
• Ability to work in a fast pace and dynamic theme park environment.
• Ability to work in an outdoor environment and to stand for long hours.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Visual merchandising team to enhance store visual display.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the department.
• Ensure continuous improvement of productivity and service delivery.
• Know and follow Health and Safety procedures.
• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve targets.
• Analyse sales trend and ensure store revenue growth.
