Job summary
A leading hotel chain in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Guest Service Associate to assist guests with inquiries and manage their communications. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality Management, with at least one year of relevant experience. Excellent English proficiency is a must, and knowledge of other languages is an advantage. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with service providers and ensuring proper handling of guest requests. This role offers full-time employment without remote work options.

Responsibilities
- Assist guests with inquiries both hotel and non-hotel related.
- Maintain good relationships with service providers.
- Manage guests' mails, messages, and courier services.
