Job summary
A leading technology firm in Dubai is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer specializing in network solutions. The successful candidate will design, implement, and support network infrastructure while maintaining technical operations. A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT network operations is required, alongside expertise in CISCO ACI, Routing and Switching, and VPN technologies. This role is crucial for ensuring robust network performance and resolving technical challenges in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in IT network operations design and implementation.
- Develop and maintain HLD and LLD documents.
- Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in datacenter networking technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support network infrastructure for datacenter and Campus networks.
- Maintain network infrastructure and handle technical escalations.
