• Support on-the-job training for UAE AF IAC.
• Coordinate and prepare on-site interventions.
• Contribute to the promotion of MINDS among UAE.
• Perform on-call duties when required.

Job Objective

The Technical Assistant is part of Falcon Eye on-site operational support team and supports customer’s daily operations and maintenance on MINDS Falcon Eye system activities. He/she is also the local point of contact for UAE AF regarding IMINT subjects and is located full-time at customers’ premises.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Technical and operational on-site support to the UAE AF
• Point of contact for UAE AF regarding IMINT
• TSIX representative towards UAE AF IAC team and globally DISA for MINDS related subjects (SLA, enhancements, MINDS roadmap)
• Support to UAE AF IAC on the job training
• Support to IAC and globally DISA proposal definition
• Preparation and coordination of on-site interventions
• Contribution to the promotion of MINDS among UAE by
• supporting factory teams
• performing demo when requested
• contributing to dedicated meetings with customer
• on-call duties on request to support customer

Work Experience Requirements

• IT support
• Previous experience operating/supporting operations on MINDS/SAIM system is a plus
• AI competencies is a plus
• Work in international environment
• Imagery knowledge
