We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Foreman to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Civil Foreman you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing civil infrastructure projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities onsite
• Interpret and implement project plans blueprints and specifications
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations local building codes and company policies
• Manage and motivate construction crews to maximize productivity and efficiency
• Coordinate with project managers engineers and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain project timelines
• Conduct regular quality control inspections and implement corrective actions as needed
• Monitor and report on project progress including budget and schedule updates
• Identify and requisition necessary materials equipment and resources for projects
• Implement and maintain proper safety protocols on the construction site
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 57 years of experience in civil infrastructure projects with a proven track record of successful project completion
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management software
• Indepth knowledge of construction methods materials and industry best practices
• Thorough understanding of local building codes and safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
• Valid UAE Driving License
