Job summary

A prominent educational organization in Dubai is looking for a Regional Retention Manager to enhance student retention through effective strategies. This role involves building collaborative relationships with school leadership and parents, executing retention initiatives, and assessing success via KPIs. Candidates should have a degree in education or business, proven leadership experience, and exceptional communication skills. Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred. This is a 6-month temporary contract with a commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, Business Administration or a related field. A master's degree is a distinct advantage.
• Proven experience in an academic leadership or similar role ideally within a school environment.
• A demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with a diverse parent community and other key stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in both English and Arabic is a desirable asset.
• A proactive strategic mindset focused on community building and relationship management with the drive to achieve ambitious goals.
• A data-driven and analytical approach to assessing feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative member of a team.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with the schools senior leadership team.
• Develop and execute parent engagement initiatives.
• Devise and execute comprehensive retention strategies.
• Foster open and transparent communication with stakeholders.
• Establish and track KPIs related to student retention.
• Review and enhance parent communication channels.
• Gather feedback on school programmes from parents and enhance strategies.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership Team for engaging school events.
• Evaluate parent engagement events for continuous improvement.
• Establish parent volunteer programs to encourage involvement.
• Organise informative workshops for parents.
• Develop strategies to engage alumni.
