Job summary

A leading electronics company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across Iraq, Kuwait, and Oman. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in consumer electronics, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage relationships with distributors. This role involves frequent travel to various regional markets and requires proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile accessories, mobile devices, or consumer electronics.
  • Strong background in regional sales, distributor management, or channel/area management.
  • Strong English communication; Arabic is a plus.

  • Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across assigned regional partners.
  • Build and execute country-level business plans to expand revenue.
  • Strengthen relationships with distributor teams across the region.
  • Conduct periodic business reviews and monitor execution.
  • Ensure in-store excellence through planogram compliance.
  • Conduct market audits to assess product visibility and overall channel performance.

  5. Ensure in-store excellence through planogram compliance, display standards, and promotional material deployment.
  6. Conduct market audits to assess product visibility, stock availability, and overall channel performance.
Skills
  1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
