The ideal candidate should be a qualified accountant with 8-10 years of experience in finance operations, specifically in accounts payable/receivable and VAT. Experience in the real estate industry is preferred. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Arabic are essential for the role.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience across finance operations (AP/AR), managing insurance and VAT.
• Real estate industry experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Finance Operations, including accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
• Monitor outsourced finance services and ensure SLAs are met.
• Optimize resources and enhance controls using the system.
• Support the team with VAT knowledge and advice.
