Responsibilities:

• Receive and follow up on day-to-day maintenance calls given by Maintenance Manager.
• Report the summary of work carried out for individual guest rooms and common areas, including all used spare parts and accessories.
• Carry out general maintenance as per schedule provided by Maintenance Manager for Air Conditioning systems and chillers.
• Repair and maintain Split AC, Window AC, and Package units, including replacement of spare parts like condenser coils, fan motors, blowers, and brazing work.
• Install new Air Conditioning systems at new locations.
• Modify and troubleshoot issues related to Air Conditioning and Refrigeration systems, such as refrigerators, coolers, and deep freezers.
• Provide assistance to the team whenever requested for any issues to ensure smooth and safe project completion.
• Contribute to guest satisfaction standards by ensuring quick technical support, safety, and guest comfort.
• Ensure the quality of completed work by both employees and external contracted staff adheres to good engineering practices.
• Study for consumable spare parts for repair within safety and cost-saving considerations.

• Hospitality experience is a must.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in this role.
• Great mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read and understand technical instructions and blueprints.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to diagnose equipment issues and determine necessary repairs, with good record-keeping skills.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Ability to perform tasks independently.
