Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate surveying of land and buildings, in order to record measurements and data. The salary for this position is 1200 AED per month. We are willing to consider applications from immigrants.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Conducting surveys of land, buildings, and other structures using appropriate technology, such as GPS instruments, robotic total stations, level instruments or plane tables;
• Preparing survey plans and detailed drawings based on field measurement;
• Establishing ground control points (GCPs) which involves collecting data with other survey methods;
• Calculating angles and distances between points using trigonometry;
• Recording detailed measurements in a systematic manner;
• Utilizing computer software to create 3D models of site features;
• Ensuring that all surveying activities are conducted safely according to applicable laws and regulations;
• Interpreting survey results accurately and preparing technical reports;
• Liaising with clients regarding survey results.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying / Geomatics or related field;
• Proven experience as a Land Surveyor (minimum 5 years);
• Extensive knowledge of surveying principles, concepts, practices and techniques;
• Excellent technical skills such as computer literacy (MS Office Suite) ;
• Ability to work accurately with attention to detail;
• Good written communication skills in English ;
• High level of physical fitness due to the nature of the work required;
• Professional attitude towards work tasks.
