• Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice tailored to clients' needs.
• Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers to achieve successful transactions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market trends and property values.
• Prepare and present property listings, contracts, and other required documentation.
• Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the real estate community and potential clients.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate sales or related fields is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

• Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, laws, and regulations is a plus.
