Job Title: Quality Assurance Supervisor

Position Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our Quality team. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing the Quality Management System across our operations, ensuring full food safety compliance, maintaining high quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
The role will support multiple brands, including KFC, Pizza Hut, Hardee’s, Krispy Kreme, Peet’s Coffee, Wimpy, TGI Fridays, and Chicken Tikka, across all operating markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage the annual Quality Plan across assigned markets
- Oversee food safety compliance efforts, including conducting audits and ensuring follow-up actions
- Supervise quality assurance activities across distribution centers, commissaries, and restaurants
- Analyze quality performance data and provide reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Maintenance) and external stakeholders (franchisors, suppliers, government agencies)
- Support product localization initiatives and supplier development in alignment with brand standards
- Conduct product testing, sensory evaluations, and store trials to ensure consistency
- Investigate food safety complaints, determine root causes, and drive corrective action
- Conduct training to reinforce food safety protocols and regulatory compliance
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality policies and procedures
Qualifications and Experience:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- Certified in quality-related fields (e.g., HACCP, Six Sigma, Lead Auditor, BRC, QMS)
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in the food industry in a quality assurance or food manufacturing role
- At least 2 years of experience in the quick service or casual dining restaurant sector
- Proven knowledge of food safety guidelines, regulatory standards, and compliance systems
- Experience in supplier management, crisis management, and process improvement initiatives

- Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety management systems
- Familiarity with audit processes and compliance standards
- Ability to evaluate supplier processes and quality control systems
