A leading EPC company is seeking an experienced HSE Manager with ADNOC approval to oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance within oil and gas operations in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will develop HSE management systems, manage a team of HSE professionals, and ensure adherence to ADNOC regulations. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, NEBOSH certification (or equivalent), and significant experience in the Oil & Gas sector. We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager with ADNOC approval to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The HSE Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of health safety and environmental compliance within our oil and gas operations ensuring alignment with ADNOC regulations and standards.
Bachelors degree in relevant Engineering OR Science OR HSE discipline (from an institution of higher learning authorized to grant academic degrees in the country of issue)
1520 years relevant experience.
Minimum one of the following:
NEBOSH IGC or Equivalent (Subject to approval by ADNOC Group)
Any other HSE certifications (considered at ADNOC Group discretion)
Lead auditor ISO 45001/ ISO 14001 or equivalent.
Incident Investigation technique.
Additional HSE Trainings / Certifications will be added advantage
Experience Details
Have a previous approval from ADNOC ONSHORE
Have strong understanding of the HSE issues practices and behavioural aspects in the Oil & Gas EPC business.
Able to lead a team of HSE professionals such as HSE Engineers Sr. HSE officers HSE officers etc.
Sound understanding of the HSE Management System and HSE legislative requirements.
Broad knowledge and experience in audit processes.
Competency in SSOW (PTW/ WMS/ Risk Assessment etc.
Ability to develop HSE plans Emergency response procedures/plans.
Ability to analyse incidents and apply root cause analysis techniques.
Awareness of H2S hazards and control measures.
Ability to speak read & write English with good communication skills.
Effective interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills.
