The incumbent will play a critical role in ensuring that all Farm Fresh products meet GMGs quality and safety standards through consistent monitoring and adherence to established protocols. With a focus on maintaining product integrity the incumbent will work closely with the Quality Assurance Supervisor to implement quality control processes ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

• Perform regular quality checks on incoming raw materials and final products identifying any inconsistencies or non‑conformities.
• Implement quality control testing methods and use SAP ERP to maintain accurate records of quality data and batch reports.
• Conduct audits, tests and inspections ensuring all products meet GMGs quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Initiate corrective actions in case of non‑compliance, coordinate with the production team to adjust processes and prevent recurrence.
• Prepare daily and monthly quality reports, conduct root cause analyses and assist in the development of continuous improvement strategies.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure they meet GMGs quality standards, regularly updating them on requirements and best practices.
• Ensure proper use of safety equipment in quality control procedures and actively participate in training initiatives.

• Strong understanding of quality control processes and food safety regulations to ensure product integrity at every stage.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP essential for maintaining accurate records and generating comprehensive quality reports.
• Excellent analytical skills to conduct root cause analysis effectively, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in inspections ensuring compliance with GMG and regulatory standards.
• Effective communication skills allow the incumbent to clearly report findings, collaborate with teams and maintain supplier relationships.
