Job summary

A leading hospitality company in Dubai seeks a Quality Assurance and Administration Officer to manage the entire quality assurance process for Ownership purchasers. This role requires strong communication skills in English and Arabic along with attention to detail. The candidate will be responsible for addressing purchaser concerns, creating accurate contracts, and ensuring all documentation is completed punctually. Previous experience in quality assurance or contract management is preferred. This full-time position does not offer remote work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality assurance or contract management.
• Familiarity with hospitality or customer service contexts is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Quality Assurance overview with purchasers.
• Obtain signatures on required documentation.
• Maintain regular contact with purchasers throughout the process.
• Address purchaser concerns or complaints effectively.
• Create contracts ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic
