This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai. As an Agent at Maple & Lane Real Estate Dubai, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, renting, or selling residential and commercial properties. Your day-to-day tasks will include property market analysis, prospecting and lead generation, property tours, negotiations, and contract management. You will provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth transaction process for our clients.
- Proven experience as a real estate agent or in a similar sales role
- Excellent knowledge of the local real estate market in Dubai
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and tools
- Valid UAE driving license
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
