A property management firm based in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Property Manager - Operations to oversee all aspects of property management. Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management, especially in managing diverse property types including residential, commercial, and retail.
• Comprehensive knowledge of local property management regulations, landlord-tenant laws, and market trends.
• Valid UAE driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary service to tenants, landlords and institutional clients.
• Facilitate the takeover of new & existing properties.
• Assist tenants with the move-in and move-out process.
• Oversee all facets of property management including maintenance and tenant relations.
• Manage maintenance requests and coordinate necessary work.
• Handle all aspects of tenant interactions including contracts and maintenance requests.
• Oversee the collection and deposit of rent checks.
• Ensure all properties comply with local regulations.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and resolve issues.
