Qualifications

• Minimum of 9 years of hands-on experience in short-term rentals and hospitality.
• Deep knowledge of Airbnb operations and DTCM holiday home regulations.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire guest journey from pre-booking inquiries to post-stay follow-ups.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures for all operational aspects.
• Manage all property listings across Online Travel Agencies.
