Job summary
A leading developer in Dubai seeks an experienced Architectural Inspector to join their Supervision team. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in architectural inspections and proven capabilities in high-rise residential projects in the UAE. Responsibilities include conducting on-site inspections, reviewing plans, and ensuring adherence to local building codes. This role offers the opportunity to engage in all stages of architectural development, contributing to landmark projects in Dubai.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in architectural inspection.
- Proven experience in high-rise residential construction projects in the UAE.
- Experience working exclusively with consulting firms.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site inspections of architectural works.
- Review and interpret architectural plans and shop drawings.
- Monitor construction activities and materials for quality control.
- Maintain detailed inspection reports.
- Ensure high standards of quality and workmanship.

The ideal candidate must have worked exclusively with consulting firms and should possess in-depth knowledge of architectural inspections, site supervision, and UAE building codes and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site inspections of architectural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant local authority regulations.
- Review and interpret architectural plans and shop drawings to verify accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
- Monitor construction activities and materials to ensure quality control and adherence to design intent.
- Maintain detailed inspection reports with photographic evidence, documenting progress and issues.
- Ensure that all architectural finishes and works are executed to the highest standards of quality and workmanship.
- Stay updated with local building codes, industry standards, and regulatory changes relevant to architectural work in the UAE.
