Smart Homes Project Coordinator: This role involves coordinating between technical contractors and site owners, managing installation schedules, and supporting the sales and marketing teams to ensure the successful delivery of smart home projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project coordination, sales, and customer service, along with experience in the smart home industry.

Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with Contractors and Clients: Act as the liaison between technical contractors and site owners to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
  • Manage installation schedules, ensuring alignment between contractors' availability and project timelines.
  • Create Quotations and Contracts: Prepare detailed quotations for clients, ensuring they reflect accurate pricing, product selection, and scope of work. Draft and manage contracts in compliance with company policies.
  • System Design: Revise project BOQ and system design ensuring alignment and avoiding any complications during project execution.
  • Presales Support: Assist the sales team in presales activities by providing necessary technical and logistical information to clients, helping secure new business opportunities.
  • Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent communication and problem-solving throughout the installation and project lifecycle.
  • Project Documentation: Maintain organized records of project details, contracts, quotes, and communications with clients and contractors.

Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the smart homes (Home Automation) or tech industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics).
  • Relevant certifications will be considered a valuable asset and will significantly enhance the candidate's qualifications.
  • Knowledge of Smart Homes technologies and installation processes.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with creating quotes and managing contracts.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Sales and marketing exposure is a plus.
  • Valid UAE Driving License.
