Job summary

A leading smart home solutions company in Dubai is seeking a Smart Homes Project Coordinator to manage coordination between contractors and site owners. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of project coordination experience in smart home technology, with strong organizational and customer service skills. Responsibilities include scheduling, quote creation, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Additional qualifications in sales and relevant software are advantageous.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the smart homes or tech industry.
  • Relevant certifications will be considered a valuable asset.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Contractors and Clients to ensure timely project execution.
  • Manage installation schedules aligning contractors and project timelines.
  • Create detailed quotations and manage contracts following company policies.
  • Revise project BOQ and system design to avoid complications.
  • Assist sales team in presales activities with technical information.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through communication and problem-solving.
  • Maintain organized project records, contracts, and communications.
