This role involves assessing customer needs, presenting suitable options and guiding them through the entire solution process with exceptional service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-home or virtual consultations with potential customers.
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate home solutions (e.g. energy‑saving upgrades, security systems, remodeling services, smart home products).
  • Prepare and present customized quotes or proposals.
  • Educate clients on product features, benefits, warranties and financing options.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (installation, logistics, customer service) to ensure timely delivery and follow‑up.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service or home improvement industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills.
