Senior Offshore Civil Construction Lead (PMC)
Job summary
A leading project management company is looking for an Offshore Construction Superintendent – Civil to supervise and coordinate all offshore civil construction activities on ADNOC projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and at least 15 years of experience in civil construction, including 5–7 years offshore in oil & gas. Responsibilities include supervising civil works, enforcing safety policies, and managing project schedules.

- Familiar with international codes (BS, ASTM, ACI, ISO).
Responsibilities
- Supervise offshore civil construction works including foundations and marine-related activities.
- Enforce ADNOC HSE policies and conduct site safety inspections.
- Monitor construction progress and report deviations.
