Property Accountant-Jobs in Vereinigte Arabische Emirate

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger.
• Handle monthly and year-end closing activities and prepare accurate financial reports.
• Monitor project-specific cost tracking and ensure correct cost allocations.
• Coordinate with project and procurement teams to verify supplier invoices, delivery notes, and subcontractor payments.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable cycles specific to construction projects.
• Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with FTA guidelines.
• Assist with corporate tax compliance and reporting.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and budget tracking reports.
• Conduct bank, supplier, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Liaise with external auditors and banks when required.
• Implement internal controls to maintain the integrity of financial data.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA .
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in the UAE construction sector.
• Solid knowledge of UAE VAT and corporate tax laws.
• Experience in project-based accounting and cost tracking.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, or ERP systems.
• Strong Excel skills and financial analysis capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
