- Handle daily accounting tasks including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Manage petty cash, expense tracking, and basic payroll support.
- Assist with documentation, filing, and record-keeping in compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners for administrative and financial matters.
- Support management in preparing financial statements and other reports as needed.
- Ensure smooth office operations by handling correspondence, scheduling, and office supplies.
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Presentable, fast learner, and proactive in coordination.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in accounting and administration.
