Black & Grey HR is recruiting an Accounting Professional to join our client's team in the luxury building materials industry in Dubai, UAE. This dual-role position requires a highly organized individual with a solid foundation in accounting and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable / receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, budgets, and forecasts in coordination with management.
- Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations (e.g., VAT) and assist in audit processes.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for internal and external use.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline financial procedures and ensure timely processing of transactions.
- Support the administrative functions of the finance department, including documentation and filing.
- Handle multiple tasks and deadlines with precision and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Freshers or minimum 1 year of accounting and administrative experience in the UAE
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Knowledge of UAE taxation laws and compliance practices is a plus.-
