Amazon EF (External fulfilment) for MENA (Middle East and North Africa) and TR (Turkey) regions plays a vital role in managing the external fulfillment and logistics operations for sellers in these rapidly growing marketplaces. We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager for MFN channels to oversee the launch of different product roadmaps & programs and optimize processes in the MENA and TR regions ensuring efficient operations, competitive service levels, and exceptional seller experiences.

1. Work backwards from the customer to scope and define program requirements and critical milestones.
2. Demonstrate a high level of ownership to drive multiple time-sensitive action items simultaneously through multiple teams.
3. Own Program trackers to communicate progress and updates to internal/external stakeholders.
4. Problem solve with a high degree of ambiguity and operate in a rapidly evolving and changing landscape.
5. End-to-End project coordination managing multiple stakeholders to ensure all Road to Launch tasks are completed as per program.
6. Collaborate and influence team members, work with internal and external stakeholders, and present projects to senior leadership on a regular basis.
7. Gather and analyze data on launch performance results.
8. Establish and develop initiatives to support expansion strategies.

As a PM for MFN in the MENA and TR regions, your day will involve analyzing VTR/ Returns/ Refund related performance metrics, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges, and developing strategies to enhance the seller/customer experience. You will engage with sellers and logistics partners to gather feedback and identify opportunities for innovation. Your role will require you to balance strategic planning with hands-on problem-solving, always focusing on driving operational excellence and supporting the growth of MFN in these dynamic markets.

1. Over 3 years of project or program management experience involving various challenges.
2. Over 3 years of process improvement experience using data/metrics.
3. MS Excel advanced level (data visualization using functions, Pivot Table, Power Query, VBA experience).
4. Experience in MS Access and SQL.
5. 4 years of related experience.
6. Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, or related degree.
7. Previous experience and demonstrated track record in program management, supply chain management.
8. E-commerce or Retail experience in MENAT preferred.
9. Knowledge of Advanced Excel and SQL.
