A leading e-commerce company is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Brand Protection in Dubai. This role involves leading brand protection initiatives, collaborating with internal teams to enhance processes, and ensuring the integrity of Amazon's brand globally. The ideal candidate should have significant project management experience and proficiency in Excel. Additionally, knowledge of Arabic is a plus. Amazon is inventing on behalf of rights owners and is focused on building the largest and most extensive brand protection program in the world. As intellectual property owners have different needs compared to sellers we are inventing ways to detect product authenticity, product integrity as well as copyright, trademark and other product quality issues. Partnering with our worldwide product owners you will help to launch, operate, localize and expand Brand Protection tools and programs. You will closely collaborate with multiple internal teams including Product Tech and Program teams to launch new Amazon stores as well as improve current processes and actively train local business teams.
As a Senior Program Manager in Brand Protection your day centers on safeguarding Amazon’s Trustworthy Shopping Experience globally. You’ll lead initiatives to detect and prevent brand abuse collaborating across product tech and regional teams. Activities include reviewing reports, strategic planning for market expansions, KPI analysis, cross‑functional meetings, training sessions and stakeholder communications. You’ll balance immediate operational needs with long‑term goals continuously improving Amazon’s brand protection efforts worldwide.

To raise that bar, the Trustworthy Shopping Experience team works with regulators, brands, selling partners and customers to identify, mitigate and prevent product quality and safety risks. The Brand Protection International Expansion teams’ vision is driving Amazon’s global strategy for safeguarding brand integrity and customer trust. The team oversees worldwide expansion of key programs like Brand Registry, Project Zero and Automated Brand Protection and ensures the same program adoption across international stores. They collaborate closely with the Amazon Expansion team and local regional business units.
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g. pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
Knowledge of Arabic language is a plus.
