As a Senior Product Owner in our global data & AI team, you will plan and coordinate the delivery of innovative AI/ML solutions to support regional customers and our global business activities. You will collaborate closely with our research and development team to identify new opportunities and develop research proposals, as well as work with stakeholders across the business, innovation, and digital domains to guide development teams.

Your profile

• More than 5 years of work experience, ideally in the energy industry, with familiarity in agile methodologies
• An advanced degree in computer science, data science, statistics, engineering, or related fields, with knowledge in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data science
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in business terms and translate business needs into technical specifications and innovation proposals
• Excellent analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making and communicating outcomes with a strong customer focus
• Hands-on experience working collaboratively with product management, implementation teams, data engineering, and data governance
• Passion for data and AI, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills, capable of navigating a global and multicultural environment

Your responsibilities

• Understand business and customer needs, identify AI/ML opportunities, and translate them into technical requirements
• Develop and manage technical roadmaps, budgets, and timelines; plan and prepare technical reviews, information sessions, and executive updates
• Provide expertise on implementing features and systems, identify gaps, and advise on solutions (existing or new)
• Coordinate and support local teams in developing data science and AI/ML solutions for customer projects
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders across engineering, innovation, digital, and software functions
• Engage with external partners such as universities and research institutes in joint research projects
• Be part of an inspiring team of data science leaders within the global data & AI team
