Job Title: Procurement Officer (Medical Field)
Key Responsibilities
  • Source, evaluate, and purchase medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, and hospital supplies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to ensure cost efficiency and compliance.
  • Ensure all procurement complies with hospital policies, government regulations, and quality standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and clinical teams for timely replenishment.
  • Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, delivery, and service.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, and contracts.
  • Support audits, budgeting, and financial reporting related to procurement activities.
Preferred Experience
  • 5–10 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare procurement department.
  • Certification such as CIPS, CSCP, or CPM is a plus.
  • Experience with import/export of medical devices and consumables.
  • Arabic speaking in a Plus.
