The ideal candidate will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle — from business development and client management to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships across multiple industries.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to match job requirements.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, ensuring a smooth process for both clients and candidates.
• Prepare and present candidate shortlists and coordinate interviews.
• Negotiate offers, manage client feedback, and ensure successful placements.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly recruitment targets.
• Stay up to date with market trends and industry insights to guide clients and candidates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a 360 Recruiter, Recruitment Consultant, or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Strong business development and account management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
• Knowledge of the GCC recruitment market is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
