Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an HR Administration or HR Assistant role within the UAE.
  • Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR administration processes.

Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day HR administration activities including onboarding and offboarding employees.
  • Maintain and update employee files, HR databases, and personnel records.
  • Support payroll administration by coordinating attendance and leave records.
  • Administer employee benefits and handle HR documentation.
  • Coordinate employee accommodation arrangements and monitor costs.
