About the Role
  • We are looking for an experienced Recruiter / Senior Recruiter with a strong background in Executive Search to support corporate function and leadership hiring.
  • The ideal candidate should have worked with a reputed Executive Search firm or a top consulting organization, handling end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for leadership and senior‑level positions across corporate functions (Finance, HR, Legal, Risk, IT, Operations, Strategy, etc.).
  • Partner closely with business leaders and clients to understand hiring requirements, role expectations, and success profiles.
  • Conduct market mapping, talent research, and competitor analysis for leadership mandates.
  • Source, screen, and engage high‑quality candidates through multiple channels including referrals, networking, databases, and social platforms.
  • Conduct in‑depth candidate assessments, interviews, and competency‑based evaluations.
  • Prepare and present detailed candidate profiles, assessment notes, and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle, including offer negotiation and closure.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to timelines, quality benchmarks, and confidentiality standards.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably with an Executive Search firm or a top‑tier consulting organization.
  • Proven expertise in Corporate Function Hiring or Leadership / CXO‑level hiring.
  • Strong understanding of executive search methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client‑facing skills.
