The ideal candidate will process invoices, maintain financial records, and assist with payroll. Proficiency in Excel and accounting software, along with strong math and organizational skills, are crucial. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software is essential.

Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices, payments, and customer payments.
- Maintain general and sales ledgers and financial files.
- Reconcile bank statements and account balances.
- Assist with preparing financial statements and budgets.
- Help prepare and distribute employee paychecks.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
