A reputable jewellery company located in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Account to manage various accounting responsibilities. The ideal candidate will process invoices, maintain financial records, and assist with payroll. Proficiency in Excel and accounting software, along with strong math and organizational skills, are crucial. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment within the jewellery industry.
Assistant Account Required for Jewellery Company with the following Responsibilities :-
1. Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process vendor invoices, payments, expense reports; post customer payments.
2. Data Entry & Record Keeping: Record transactions, update general and sales ledgers, maintain financial files.
3. Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and account balances.
4. Reporting: Assist with preparing financial statements, budgets, and management reports.
5. Payroll Support: Help prepare and distribute employee paychecks.
6. Administrative Support: File, mail, answer calls, and assist the accounting manager as needed.
