A leading investment authority in Dubai is seeking a competent candidate to manage debts and oversee various financial responsibilities related to building projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting or Commerce, 5 years of experience in a construction company, and proficiency in ERP Accounting. Strong English and Hindi language skills are essential. This is a valuable opportunity to contribute to economic growth in Ras Al Khaimah.
Qualifications
- 5 Years experience in a Construction Company preferred.
- Ideal age range is 25 to 35 years.
- Current residence in UAE with transferable residence.
Responsabilités
- Manage outstanding debts.
- Monitor contracts related to building projects.
- Oversee invoicing.
- Control day-to-day expenditure.
- Monitor utility bills.
- Monitor phone bills.
- Monitor service contracts.
- Assist with proposals for infrastructural works.
- Coordinate with finance and other departments.

The competent candidate for this role shall be able to manage outstanding debts, monitor contracts related to our building projects, oversee invoicing, take control of day-to-day expenditure, monitor utility bills, monitor phone bills, monitor service contracts, assist with proposals for infra-structural works, and coordinate with finance as well as other departments.

University qualifications: Graduate in Accounting or Commerce. Previous experience: 5 Years preferably in a Construction Company. Specialist knowledge: ERP Accounting. Ideal Age Range: 25 to 35 years of age desired. Gender Preference: Male. Language Skills: English, Hindi are essential, Arabic is desirable. Current Residence: UAE, having transferable residence.
