Job summary
A Dubai-based trading desk is seeking commission-only business developers to connect clients with crypto trading solutions. The ideal candidates should have proven experience in sales or business development, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with cryptocurrency. This role offers full flexibility and generous commissions without a base salary.

- Present our services and facilitate introductions to our trading desk team.
- Maintain client relationships and follow up on successful deals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly transaction targets to maximize your commissions.
- Work independently – full flexibility, full control of your own schedule.
Skills
We are a Dubai-based VARA-licensed OTC (over-the-counter) trading desk offering crypto and stablecoin trading for institutional and high net worth clients.
Our platform provides secure, fast USDT on/off‑ramping (AED ⇄ USDT) and regulated OTC services — similar to how a real estate agent facilitates buyer–seller deals, but in digital assets.
We’re expanding our sales network and seeking commission‑only business developers who can connect clients or investors with our OTC desk. There is no base salary, but commissions are generous, immediate, and unlimited.
- Prospection and networking to identify clients seeking OTC crypto trades or on/off‑ramping solutions.

- Marketing materials, training, and support.
- Fast commission payouts weekly.
