Skills
We are seeking an experienced Chat Operator to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Chat Operator, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through online chat platforms to provide support, answer questions, and build relationships. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through online chat platforms
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any issues or concerns
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through friendly and professional communication
- Use time management skills to handle multiple chats at once
- Meet daily targets for number of chats handled and customer satisfaction ratings
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
- Previous experience as a Chat Operator preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to type quickly and accurately
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
